All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase Goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by PestFreeCY. We reserve the right not to accept an order for any reason.
There is a minimum order value of €20.00, orders below this level cannot be submitted. Home delivery costs €4.95 per order.
Where the Goods ordered by you are not available from stock you shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 28 days.

Price & Payment
The price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on PestFreeCY. The price is inclusive of VAT where applicable. The price shown excludes delivery charges and will be quoted in your shopping basket.
The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed in PestFreeCY shopping cart prior to confirming the order.
After the order is received we shall confirm by email the details, description and price for the Goods together with information on the right to cancel.
Payment of the price plus VAT and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods through our online payment system operated by Paypal.

Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-deliver the order to the correct address at our expense. Any additional delivery charge will be paid by the customer for re-delivery when the address given on the original order is incorrect.
Risk in the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery of the Goods, or where you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, at the time delivery was attempted.
